What do you think are key trends and future developments in the sector? What are the keys actions you think need to be implemented in Sub-Saharan Africa?
Given the number of disasters in the region, the most important action is to support the humanitarian aid organizations to enforce rapid response. With this implemented our partnership with these organizations will save time and lives as well.
What trends do you see for humanitarian aid and how does your company prepare for the future?
Most humanitarian aid organizations are currently experiencing budget cuts and are required to do more with less. Our task is to support these agencies with standardized and innovative IT equipment that makes them more efficient.
Why do you think it’s important for your company to build partnerships and improve relationships within and across sectors?
If we don’t listen to the client needs we end up developing products that don’t fit? Partnerships and relationships help us understand the customers’ pain areas and develop solutions to solve the same.
