AIDF Asia Summit to focus on improving aid delivery and health resilience through mobile innovations

Following the success of last year’s event, the Aid & International Development Forum is pleased to announce the AIDF Asia Summit to take place at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok on 21-22 June 2016.

This is the fifth event hosted by the AIDF in the region, once again gathering senior representatives and advisors from regional governments, investors, donors, UN agencies, NGOs, military and defence, research institutes and the private sector in South East Asia.

The focus of the AIDF Asia Summit 2016 is on how technological innovations improve aid delivery and health resilience, especially with regards to enabling quicker and better disaster response, ensuring more effective aid delivery and community engagement, improving humanitarian operations and logistics, and innovations for regional health and WASH programmes.
