Speedtech Energy green energy solution in response to the COP21 Climate Change Conference

This video is filmed and broadcasted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in response to the COP21 Climate Change Conference in Paris to introduce the green energy (especially solar energy and LED technology) Taiwanese government had brought to its ally in the caribbean region (St. Kitts & Nevis).
